No more stuggles with maths
Calcularis learning software lays a secure foundation for mathematics and is suitable for use at home and school. It represents a unique way of assisting the brain in essential learning and maturation processes.
A scientifically developed learning concept
Calcularis promotes the development and coordination of areas of the brain responsible for processing numbers and mathematical tasks.
35% fewer arithmetic errors after three months
Calcularis is the first ever learning software that has been proven to bring about improvements in brain function as a result of its use.
Recognised with the Worlddidac Award
Calcularis was awarded the prestigious Worlddidac award in 2014. Judged by a jury of teachers and experts, the Worlddidac award has been used to honour innovative, high-quality educational products for the last 30 years.

17 Different Learning Games
17 different learning games - in a total of 48 different varieties - support neuronal processing of numbers and promote the development of basic mathematical skills.
Calcularis selects games automatically based on the user's individual skils and problem areas, enabling learners to maximise their learning progress. As well as developing number processsing skills and the comprehension of a mental number line, the games allow learners to practise the basic mathematical operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Learners lay the foundations required for the acquisition of all future mathetical knowledge.
System Requirements
Calcularis requries your system to meet the following specifications:
- Windows: Win XP, Win Vista, Win 7 or Win 8
- Mac OS: Mac OS X 10.6 or later
- Graphics card: Support for OpenGL 1.4 or newer
- Screen resolution: Minimum 800 x 600 pixels
- Internet connection
If your are not sure whether your computer fulfils these requirements, you can simply download, install and start Calcularis free of charge.
If your system meets the requirements, you will be shown the Calcularis log-on screen. If your computer does not meet the requirements, Calcularis will display an error message or will not open at all.
Insufficient Support for OpenGL?
Support for OpenGL 1.4 is perhaps the most important of the requirements listed above. If it is lacking on your computer, Calcularis will display an error message. To overcome the problem, please try the following:
- Update your graphics card driver
- For laptops: Does your laptop contain two or more graphics cards, but use the worse of these graphics cards as standard? If your laptop has an "Nvidia" or "ATI" sticker, this is most likely the case. Open the management panel for the Nvidia or ATI graphics card. Add Calcularis to the list of programs for which this card should be used.
- For PCs: Purchase a new graphics card and install it on your computer. When choosing a card, be sure to select one that supports OpenGL 1.4 or newer!
